🚛Delivery Methods:

It will be delivered along with Ochama packages on your pickup date. You can check the status of your request in the link below. In some cases, your request will be shipped via PostNL, please check your email for a tracking link.

⚡️Delivery Time:

Most requests will be shipped within 2 weeks. If you're a newly opened pickup point, your request will be sent to you within 2 weeks after your first pickup date. In some cases, your order will be delayed due to availability.

🛍️Promotional Materials:

Promotional materials like flyers and posters will only be sent to you according to our promotion plan. You can always book in advance.

如果您是新店，物料会在您第一个自提日两周后送出。

传单，海报等营销物料将按照ochama的营销计划送出。
